電流輸入端口采用大口徑兩同軸連接器，是將內部屏障連接至INPUT線，外部屏障連接至Current的兩同軸設計，兼顧抗干擾的穩定性和高壓檢查時的防護性
表面/體積電阻測量用電極Huace991
本裝置采用四電極(四點探針或四探針)法測量導電和防靜電材料體積電阻率，可以克服表面接觸電阻造成的誤差影響，Huace991系列配備可提供超穩定直流電源與高精度電流采集系統，可直接測量半導體、導體材料的體積電阻率
