在新型半導體材料（如鈣鈦礦、氧化鎵）的研發中，晶圓測試高低溫真空探針臺可實時監測材料在真空、高溫或低溫條件下的載流子遷移率、擊穿電壓等參數，為材料優化提供數據支撐
2.失效分析：準確定位故障（失效）原因
通過微區探針掃描技術，配合SEM或FIB聯用，可對芯片的短路、漏電等故障點進行亞微米級定位，鎖定制造工藝中的故障環節
3.量產前驗證：增加良率與可靠性
在晶圓出廠前，晶圓測試高低溫真空探針臺可對成千上萬個微結構進行自動化批量測試（如接觸電阻、絕緣性能），結合AI算法實時分析數據，提前篩除次品，降低下游封測成本
